We would like to thank everyone for their patience while we work through the challenges emerging from our transition to a new debit card processing company. Some of our frequently asked questions:
Q. I can not activate my new card.
A. New card can not be activated until January 14, 2008.
Q. I lost or threw away my PIN.
A. Contact Equishare Credit Union and a new PIN will be mailed.
Q. I did not receive a new card.
A. Contact Equishare Credit Union at the above contact information.

Q. I am having trouble activating my card.
A. Try performing a PIN based transaction at a retailer or ATM, or contact Equishare Credit Union and we will assist you with other options.
Q. My card does not work.
A. If you have already tried to activate your card by calling 1-800-588-9970 or performing a PIN based transaction, then call Equishare Credit Union at the above contact information.
Q. I still have my old Visa debit card can I still use this?
A. After January 14th your old card (this card has a golden sunset w/flag) will be de-activated. Please destroy your old card.
Q. My name is spelled wrong on my card.
A. Contact Equishare Credit Union at the above contact information.

Q. My spouse activated their card, do I need to activate mine also?
A. No, but if you are having trouble activating your card, It may be that you are not the primary person on the account. If this is the case you must use your spouse’s (primary account holder’s) social security number to activate. If you have already tried to activate your card by calling 1-800-588-9970 with the above information or performing a PIN based transaction, then call Equishare Credit Union at the above contact information.
